a Pelvic Floor Therapist

Pelvic Connections is a Pelvic Health Physical Therapy practice with locations in Lindenhurst, NY & Somers, CT. We believe in providing a holistic, customized approach to physical therapy care. We help individuals with pelvic pain, urinary and bowel issues, sexual dysfunction, and pregnancy-related concerns find lasting relief and while empowering life-long health and wellness.

We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and experienced pelvic health physical therapy provider that is looking to use the full breadth of their clinical skill set and implement wellness-based care at our New York location. Our clinic offers hour-long, 1:1 treatment sessions, with a creative mix of manual therapy, exercise and functional movement training, pain science education, and lifestyle education. At Pelvic Connections, we believing in expanding beyond the typical reactionary health care world into the preventative health and wellness realm. We are focused on providing the best possible care for our patients and providing a valuable service to our Long Island and Connecticut communities.

This position does include on-site mentorship, continuing education reimbursement, and a supportive environment for you to thrive and treat patients with your full skillset and without the limitations of insurance. Unlike many private practices, our providers do not perform their own marketing or networking - we want you focusing on being an amazing provider for your patients! We also offer competitive compensation according to experience level and performance.

What is unique about this position:

As a Pelvic Health Therapist at Pelvic Connections, you will:

    •    Treat patients one-on-one for full 60-minute sessions

    •    See a reasonable, sustainable caseload so you can provide thoughtful, individualized care

    •    Work in a calm, beautifully designed space that supports nervous-system regulation — for clients and clinicians

    •    Practice pelvic health physical therapy that integrates:

    •    Orthopedics and full-body assessment

    •    Manual therapy and movement

    •    Education, nervous system regulation, and behavior change

    •    Have protected time for mentorship, case discussion, and skill development

    •    Be part of a highly collaborative team that genuinely supports one another

Client Care Coordinator

We help individuals with pelvic pain, urinary and bowel issues, sexual dysfunction, and pregnancy-related concerns find lasting relief and while empowering life-long health and wellness.

At Pelvic Connections, our Patient Care Coordinator is far more than a front desk professional. You are often the first voice, first text message, and first impression our clients experience. Your ability to connect with people, listen to their concerns, and help them feel supported plays a critical role in their healthcare journey.

A significant portion of this position involves speaking with potential new clients by phone. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys conversation and can help people feel comfortable, understood, and confident taking the next step in their care.

About this role:

  • Welcome clients into the clinic and create a warm, professional experience from start to finish

  • Answer calls from prospective clients, learn about their concerns, and help

    them determine whether our services are the right fit

  • Confidently explain our care model, scheduling process, and pricing structure

  • Manage scheduling, cancellations, waitlists, and clinic flow throughout the day

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text

  • Assist with payment collection, superbills, and administrative workflows

  • Support community outreach, events, workshops, & light marketing efforts

  • Assist with laundry, organization, stocking supplies, and maintaining a

    beautiful clinic environment

  • Full-time position (35–40 hours per week)

  • Typical hours approximately 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM

  • Occasional flexibility for events, workshops, or clinic needs
